Ukrainian Trubin did not shake hands with Russian Golovin before the Champions League match.
Ukrainian goalkeeper of 'Benfica' Anatoliy Trubin did not greet Russian midfielder of 'Monaco' Alexander Golovin before the Champions League match.
The match started today, November 27, at 10:00 PM.
Recall that a female footballer from the Russian 'Lokomotiv' was deceived for almost 4 million rubles (approximately $35,000).
According to propaganda sources, the player of the youth team 'Lokomotiv' Sofia Stelmakhova fell victim to scammers.
On November 21, an unknown person called the girl, introducing himself as an MTS employee. He told Stelmakhova that her contract was about to expire. Immediately after that, another man called her, claiming that there had been a data leak, and Sofia needed to take out a loan for 664,000 rubles and transfer the money to a safe bank account. Similar issues allegedly also arose with her parents' accounts.
Then, the scammers asked the 18-year-old footballer to search her apartment for cash and hand it over to a trusted person. This way, they managed to obtain another 275,000 rubles.
Only in the evening of November 25, after talking to her parents, did the footballer realize that she had been deceived.
Russian security forces also reported to one of the propaganda resources that, according to preliminary information, the call to the footballer came from the territory of Ukraine. Therefore, it is quite likely that part of the money that previously belonged to Stelmakhova will be used to assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Swiss problems for footballer Erling Haaland
Star forward of 'Manchester City' and the Norway national team Erling Haaland faces an unpaid fine of 60 Swiss francs in the canton of Vaud in western Switzerland.
If Haaland does not pay the fine, he could be taken into custody for one day during his next visit to Switzerland, where his father Alf-Inge Haaland has lived since 2023.
However, such a punishment is unlikely as it will be sufficient for him to pay the fine to avoid jail.
This season, Haaland has played 16 matches for 'Manchester City', scoring 15 goals.
Ian Holloway's superstitions after the team's failures
The coach of the English football club 'Swindon', Ian Holloway, claims that the recent failures of the team are related to ghosts.
In the last five matches, 'Swindon' managed to win only one. Additionally, this week the team's captain Ollie Clarke got injured.
'I am absolutely devastated, so I am going to cleanse the training ground – they say there are ghosts there. There is a cemetery nearby. Honestly, I’m not joking. I think our training ground is very close to an ancient burial site, so I’m going to ask my wife to come and apologize to all these deceased people. I hope we get a bit of luck,' said Holloway.
He also noted that he is not sure he believes in the existence of ghosts, but mentioned that strange things are happening around the club.
