Ukrainian Experts Active in the Middle East

According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian specialists have successfully intercepted Iranian drones on multiple occasions in the Middle East, highlighting the country’s growing role in countering unmanned aerial vehicles. This track record has prompted 11 countries to submit formal requests for drone supplies, reflecting strong international demand for Ukraine’s know-how in this domain.

At present, direct exports of drones from Ukraine remain constrained due to a government-level ban. However, several companies have applied for export licenses, though those applications have not yet been processed. This situation shows that, despite current restrictions, Ukrainian manufacturers continue to pursue opportunities to expand their overseas sales.

Deployment of Military Specialists

In parallel, approximately 230 military specialists have been dispatched to Ukraine to assist in destroying Iranian drones. This initiative underscores Ukraine’s active involvement in global efforts to counter the threats posed by unmanned aircraft. As Ukrainian authorities have stated,

“requests for drone supplies have already been received from 11 countries,”
