Ukrainian Short Trackers Win Seven Medals at Dresden Competition.

The Ukrainian short track team performed excellently at an international competition in Germany, winning 7 medals: 3 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze. This information was provided by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Victories of Ukrainians:

  • Yelizaveta Sydorko became the champion at the 500-meter distance;
  • The mixed relay team consisting of Yelizaveta Sydorko, Svitlana Repetska, Danylo Fedorenko, and Nikita Nemiro won gold at the 2000-meter distance;
  • The women's relay team consisting of Yelizaveta Sydorko, Svitlana Repetska, Kseniia Adamenko, and Myroslava Seliukova won gold at the 3000-meter distance.

Other successes of Ukrainians:

  • The silver medal went to the mixed relay team consisting of Kseniia Adamenko, Myroslava Seliukova, Daniil Bergin, and Yaroslav Morozov at the 2000-meter distance.

Also, bronze awards were won by:

  • Ulyana Dubrovra at the 500-meter distance;
  • Vladyslav Nemiro at the 1000-meter distance;
  • The men's relay team consisting of Yaroslav Morozov, Danylo Fedorenko, Daniil Bergin, and Nikita Nemiro took bronze at the 5000-meter distance.
