According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Community Development and Territories of Ukraine, together with Ukrzaliznytsia and other partners, is working on improving digital services for internally displaced persons (IDPs). According to the ministry, over 25 thousand Ukrainians have confirmed their IDP status through a special application, which provides the opportunity to receive various benefits and discounts, including the loyalty program 'Iron Friends'. Users of this application have already purchased 100 thousand tickets, and 4 thousand of them actively use the loyalty program.

Popular Services for IDPs

Among the most demanded services for IDPs are offers from taxi companies, postal services, marketplaces and other online services. The ministry thanks all partners and businesses that have joined the project aimed at supporting and protecting every Ukrainian citizen, regardless of their place of residence.
