Umerov explained how Ukraine coordinates military plans with the West.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov reported that the Ukrainian side informs its Western allies in detail about its plans and means for combat operations. He noted that when the objectives of an offensive, counteroffensive, or defense are explained, the measures, forces, and means to be used are also explained. The minister emphasized that Ukraine uses the provided weapons in accordance with all agreements, and there are no questions regarding the use of domestic weapons on Ukraine's borders and temporarily occupied territories.
"We raised this issue to a strategic level and explained how we are repelling the enemy so that he does not terrorize our cities, does not seize and does not have any advantage over us," said Umerov.
Umerov also discussed the possibility of using Western weapons for strikes against distant targets. He noted that this issue is being discussed at a strategic level, and Ukraine explains to its partners the necessity of such actions to deter the aggressor and protect peaceful cities.
