Simplifying the procedure for issuing medicines at feldsher points

According to inkorr.com: The government of Ukraine has supported the initiative of the Ministry of Health and the State Service for Medicines and Drug Control, aimed at simplifying the process of obtaining medications at feldsher points. This important innovation will make access to necessary medicines easier, especially for residents of rural areas.

Now there is no need to adhere to the old norm that required selecting medicines only from a limited list for feldsher ambulances. Deregulation will facilitate the work of pharmaceutical companies and simplify access for villagers to the necessary drugs.

“Today, such agreements are already in place for 755 feldsher points and FAPs, 590 rural and district hospitals, and also 49 medical points,” explained the Ministry of Health.

Therefore, this government decision on deregulation in the field of medical preparations gives communities the opportunity to independently choose which medicines are most important for them, and also facilitates faster access to medications for patients in villages.

Thanks to these changes, access to key medicines for the population will significantly improve, which is particularly important in conditions where the availability of medications can affect the quality of life and health of people. This could be an important step towards improving the level of medical care in Ukraine.
