The government has simplified the procedure for registering medicinal products
According to inkorr.com: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted new changes to the procedure for registering medicinal products. This will facilitate the procurement of generic medicines in the country and expand opportunities for the purchase of new drugs, including from the state budget.
According to the new rules, a simplified procedure is introduced for state registration of medicines purchased centrally with budget funds. This applies to medicines that already have the necessary permits and confirmations from international organizations or programs.
included in the lists of prequalified medicinal products or vaccines by the World Health Organization;
included in the database of medicines that can be purchased under the United States President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief;
Representatives of the Ministry of Health noted that these changes will contribute to a more effective implementation of innovative medical products in Ukraine, ensuring their defined level of effectiveness and safety. This will create conditions for faster dissemination of new medicines in the medical institutions of the country.
Thus, the innovations may significantly improve access for Ukrainians to modern medical products and accelerate their implementation in the healthcare system. Simplifying registration procedures will be an important step in improving medical service in Ukraine.
