According to Novyny.live: The government of Ukraine has restored water supply in Irpin. This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on January 13. She also instructed to address issues with backup power supplies for critical infrastructure facilities. The head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnik, confirmed that residents of the Irpin and Hostomel territorial communities can receive water at certain hours: from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 18:00 to 21:30.
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko noted that Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba together with heads of regional military administrations should urgently submit additional needs of critical infrastructure facilities to the Cabinet of Ministers for ensuring backup power supplies. This instruction concerns the life support facilities on the ground.
