According to the Ministry of Finance, combined heat and power plants and facilities that produce heat and electricity will pay 21,000 hryvnias per thousand cubic meters of gas. Thermal power plants and CHPs that operate in a condensing cycle will be able to purchase gas at 16,000 hryvnias per thousand cubic meters.
