The government is implementing automatic business inspections: what will change for enterprises.
The Cabinet has approved a resolution on changes to the rules for the operation of the integrated automated state supervision and control system. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
Implementation of the risk management module
According to inkorr.com: According to the new changes, a risk management module will be introduced into the system, which will automatically identify enterprises that need to be included in the inspection plan in 85 different areas, including labor protection, the environment, and compliance with technical standards. This new module will ensure the formation of inspection plans in a transparent and automatic way, without human intervention.
Automation of risk determination
The innovations provide for automatic risk assessment for companies based on established criteria, the creation of a list of subjects for inspections based on their ratings, as well as focusing the attention of regulatory authorities on high-risk enterprises. In addition, the system will ensure automatic formation of annual and comprehensive inspection plans, which will promote transparency and open access for businesses and the public.
The Government of Ukraine has introduced changes to the system of state supervision and control, as well as a new risk management module. This will allow for the automatic identification of companies that need inspections in the areas of labor protection, the environment, and technical standards. Such changes aim to make the monitoring of enterprise activities more transparent and effective, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety for citizens.
The introduced changes aim to increase the efficiency of supervision and reduce corruption risks, providing businesses with clear rules of the game. With the automation of state supervision processes, it is hoped to reduce administrative barriers and ease the conduct of entrepreneurial activities in Ukraine.
