Expansion of program capabilities
Over the past year, the 'eRecovery' program has significantly expanded its functions, offering compensation to internally displaced persons for damaged housing and restoration on their land plots. In particular, remote surveys of housing in areas of active hostilities have been introduced, allowing this service to be used even in dangerous regions. The main goal of the program is to restore damaged housing; currently, more than 97,000 families have received compensation totaling 9.8 billion hryvnias. In addition, IDPs can receive certificates for the purchase of new housing and use the mobile app 'Where Help Is', which provides information about state and charitable support.
Continuing support
The government is actively continuing to expand the support program for internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories to help them receive compensation for damaged housing and promote the rebuilding of their future.
These initiatives contribute to improving living conditions for people who have sometimes been forced to leave their homes due to hostilities. State support is an important element in restoring stability and ensuring social protection for all who need it.
