Changes in the principles of operation of administrative service centers in Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: Now Ukrainians can receive tax and pension services directly at the administrative service centers (ASC). This will make the process more accessible and faster. Information about the changes was published by the official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
The government of Ukraine approved a resolution that fundamentally changes the principles of operation of administrative service centers across the country.
According to the new changes, administrative services will be distributed among ASCs depending on their location and technical equipment. Citizens will be able to obtain the necessary services in one visit and will also have access to information about all services on the Guide to state services.
Distribution of services among administrative service centers
In cooperation with representatives of the centers and regional administrations, a list of services has been created that takes into account the needs of residents in all regions. The resolution determines mandatory services for ASCs depending on their characteristics and location.
Centers in safe locations will provide 360 services, and with special equipment - an additional 13 services. In frontline regions, ASCs will provide 245 services, while territorial units will provide 118 services.

With the new principles of operation of ASCs, citizens have gained convenient access to a variety of administrative services directly at these centers. This will simplify the procedure for obtaining services for Ukrainians and increase the efficiency of ASCs throughout the country.
