Usyk at weigh-in before the fight with Fury calls for the release of the defenders of Azovstal.
Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk appeared at the weigh-in with the flag 'Free the Defenders of Azovstal'. Usyk's weight was 102.5 kg, while his opponent Tyson Fury weighs 9 kg more than in their first fight.
On December 21, a rematch between Usyk and Fury will take place in Saudi Arabia, which is called the 'fight of the century' and will determine the world champion in the heavyweight division.
Ukrainian viewers will be able to watch the fight broadcast on the 'Megogo' service with subscriptions 'Optimal', 'Maximum', 'Sport', or 'MEGOPACK XL'.
It has also become known that Fury has trained with various sparring partners, among whom is Oleksiy Dronov, a boxer from Russia, who supports the war against Ukraine. His participation in international tournaments has sparked discussions about the role of athletes in peacekeeping activities.
Usyk trains in the Kronk gym, where Vladimir Klitschko used to train, while Tyson Fury is trained by Sugar Hill, Klitschko's nephew.
