Usyk admitted which fight with Fury was easier.
Usyk expressed his impressions on the victory over Fury
Oleksandr Usyk after his victory over Tyson Fury, the former champion, shared his impressions at a press conference.
“I didn’t even think about the victory. I just boxed according to my plan and listened to my coach. Was this fight more difficult? No, it was easier, but still hard,” Usyk stated.
Usyk again defeated Fury and defended his world champion titles. The bout lasted 12 rounds and ended with a unanimous decision by the judges - 116:112 in favor of Usyk. Thus, the Ukrainian became the undisputed world champion in the heavyweight division again, defending the WBA, WBC, WBO, and IBO titles.
Usyk also noted that he dedicates this victory to his mother, who has always worried about him. He also expressed support for all mothers of Ukraine.
This is already Usyk's seventh fight in the heavyweight division and the fourth successful defense of his title.
Fury again criticizes the judges who voted for Usyk's victory.
