Azov is looking for neurosurgeons: working conditions and salaries in the brigade.
The special forces brigade 'Azov' is looking for people who are knowledgeable in the treatment of diseases and injuries of the nervous system, particularly in neurosurgery, to join its battalions and other units. The vacancy was posted on the job search website Work.ua on July 29.
According to the announcement, the neurosurgeon who joins the 'Azov' brigade will have the opportunity to provide emergency medical assistance and organize the work of the resuscitation team at the brigade's stabilization point. Additionally, they will have to assist in training medical staff.
Requirements for candidates for the position
For this position, candidates with higher education, experience in treating nervous diseases, and readiness to work with urgent patients are sought. Emergency surgery and nerve reconstruction skills are also required. Among the requirements is a desire to develop the brigade's medical service and improve qualifications.
Working conditions
Flexible schedule - either mobilization until the end of martial law or contractual military duties with a salary ranging from 27,000 to 127,000 hryvnias. Specialists who participate in the conflict zone will receive additional payments, while others will undergo specialized training.
A range of specialists needed
In addition to neurosurgeons, the 'Azov' brigade is looking for otolaryngologists and commanders of mortar platoons. Higher medical education and experience are also required for these positions.
The 'Azov' brigade is searching for qualified medical professionals, including neurosurgeons, to provide emergency medical assistance during military actions. Working conditions include the possibility of serving under contract or through mobilization, with appropriate pay and opportunities for professional growth.
