A terrible tragedy occurred in Israel, where a family from Odessa, who came for treatment, became victims of an Iranian rocket attack. Five people, including three minor children, died as a result of this attack.

«These were citizens of Ukraine from Odessa, who came to treat their daughter in Israel. Yesterday evening there was a brief press release from the Ukrainian embassy in Israel. We feel that there is some common fate between Ukrainians and Israelis,» said historian and journalist Shimon Briman.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is currently actively working on the identification and repatriation of the bodies of the deceased in cooperation with the Israeli authorities. This terrible event has left both the Ukrainian and Israeli public vulnerable.
