According to Novyny.live: On March 28, Odesa partially resumed tram and trolleybus services in a test phase, with only a limited number of vehicles in operation. This marks a significant milestone in restoring the city’s electric transport network, which had been suspended since mid-December. Approximately 30% of the rolling stock is now back on the roads, offering residents a more convenient way to get around the city once again.

With the restart of service, trams will operate on the following routes:

- No. 21
- No. 28
Trolleybuses will serve the following routes:

- No. 7
- No. 9
- No. 10
- No. 12
Additionally, social buses will continue running on these routes:
- S1
- S3
- S4
- No. 18k
- No. 27
- No. 8
The fare for electric transport will be 15 hryvnias per trip. It is worth noting that between April 4–8, April 12–16, and April 20–25, trains No. 6254 (Odesa-Holovna to Podilsk) and No. 6274 (Podilsk to Pomichna) will be cancelled, which may affect travel plans for residents.
