The OP named a candidate for the minister of justice position: who will head the Ministry of Justice.

According to ТСН: Denis Maslov has become the candidate for the position of the Minister of Justice of Ukraine. If the Verkhovna Rada supports his candidacy, he will head this ministry.

This information was made public by the Deputy Head of the President's Office Iryna Mudra after a meeting with the Head of the OP Kyrylo Budanov and the candidate for the head of the Ministry of Justice via the social network Facebook.

"The candidate for the position of Minister of Justice is Denis Maslov. If the Verkhovna Rada supports his candidacy, he will head the Ministry," Mudra noted.

Iryna Mudra also emphasized that during the meeting the parties agreed on coordinating actions and mutual support in implementing state policy in the field of justice.

"Today I had a constructive and professional conversation with the Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Budanov and the candidate for the position of Minister of Justice Denis Maslov. We agreed on joint work, coordination of actions and mutual support in implementing policy in the field of justice," she said.

Mudra expressed confidence that under Maslov's leadership, the Ministry of Justice will undergo significant changes.

"I am confident that under his leadership the Ministry of Justice will transform from a procedural administrator into an agency that truly shapes legal policy in the state and is the main advocate of the state," she emphasized.

Mudra also confirmed that she will remain in her position as Deputy Head of the President's Office and will continue to address issues of justice and international policy aimed at holding the Russian Federation accountable for armed aggression.

"I remain in the position of Deputy Head of the President's Office of Ukraine and will continue my work to ensure justice for Ukraine and Ukrainians on the international track," she added.

It is worth noting that earlier, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the candidacy for the position of Minister of Justice has already been determined.

The election of Denis Maslov as Minister of Justice may be a key step in reforming this area in Ukraine.
