The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to automate the issuance of summonses through the 'Oberig' registry. This information was reported by 'Khvylia' with reference to the head of the Information Technology Department of the Ministry of Defense, Oleh Berestovyi.

According to Berestovyi, the current process of issuing summonses is considered inefficient. He explained that summonses are manually filled out, printed, and sent for the signature of the head of the TCC. To make the process of notifying conscripts more efficient, the ministry has created a functionality that allows generating a summons in the 'Oberig' registry and signing it with the electronic signature of the head of the TCC.

'It will go immediately to centralized printing, from there - to Ukrposhta, it will deliver, and we will have information on where the summons is located: whether it has been delivered, or not, or lost somewhere, how long the delivery took, and so on,' said Berestovyi.

According to him, the new system will provide more accurate data to the country's military-political leadership, which will allow verifying the authenticity of conscription messages through the 'Rezerv+' application. However, the summonses themselves will not be in the application.

'We do not plan this. Our backlog is scheduled until mid-spring – there are no summonses there. But we plan to develop functionality to at least slightly automate and civilize the issuance of summonses with the help of Ukrposhta and certain automated backend processes,' he added.

Recall that men will have 15 days to avoid problems through the TCC.
