Poroshenko signs law on electronic contracts: what will change for business.
Petro Poroshenko signed a law to simplify the export of services
The president signed a law that will allow Ukrainian companies to switch to electronic signature contracts when exporting services. 'We are transitioning from electronic procurement to electronic signature of contracts. Finally, this has happened', - said Poroshenko through the press service.
According to this law, contracts for the export of services can now be signed in electronic form, and banks can no longer require translations of English documents into Ukrainian. Furthermore, instead of documents sealed with signatures and stamps, electronic signatures of invoices can now be used, simplifying the currency control process.
Poroshenko believes that these changes will promote the development of the IT industry and the freelance market. Let us remind you that the electronic procurement system became mandatory for state institutions in Ukraine starting from August 1 of this year.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed a law that will facilitate the export of services for Ukrainian companies. Now companies can enter into contracts using electronic signatures, which will simplify their work and development in the market. This initiative will contribute to the growth of the IT sector and the freelance market in Ukraine, thus stimulating the country's economy as a whole.
