The Ministry of Defense will purchase pickups and ATVs for combat brigades: how the simplified procedure will work.
The Ministry of Defense has decided to purchase pickups, ATVs, and other equipment for combat brigades through direct funding. Now, military personnel operating on the front lines will have the opportunity to quickly and easily purchase used vehicles.
Simplification of Used Transport Procurement
According to a representative of the Ministry of Defense, the cost of the equipment will be determined based on expert evaluation. Procurement will take place in the presence of a real need, allowing military personnel on the front lines to quickly receive the required transport.
It is also worth noting that the Defense Forces of Ukraine have received nine new EW/EW systems, most of which were produced by Ukrainian defense enterprises. In addition, Ukraine will receive two more packages of military aid from the U.S., totaling over $104 million, which will assist in the maintenance of howitzers and provide logistical support.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has decided to simplify the procurement process for used transport for military brigades on the front lines, as well as to receive additional military assistance from partners in the United States.
