In Ukraine, individual thermal points will be required to be installed: what will change.
The implementation of individual thermal points in Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: Kostiantyn Kovalchuk, Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, spoke about individual thermal points (ITPs). These are special devices that automatically regulate the heating system in buildings. The main goal of this project is to save energy, increase comfort for residents, and effectively utilize resources. According to Kovalchuk, the benefits of implementing ITPs are evident for both the population and the state.
“Individual thermal points are a European standard. This will help the country become more energy-independent, and residents enjoy comfort and pay reasonable bills.”
Appropriate legislation is already being developed to implement this initiative. ITP installation will become mandatory within three years after the law is approved. During this period, all necessary documents will be prepared, and the rules for connection and control will be defined.
If the project is successfully implemented, residents will be able to install ITPs independently, regardless of restrictions in choosing a supplier, or choose offers from 'Teplokomunenergo'. Importantly, the costs of equipment installation will gradually be included in the tariffs, allowing for the distribution of the financial burden among consumers.
The gradual implementation of individual thermal points in Ukraine will help reduce energy resource costs, increase resident comfort, and ensure rational use of resources. This will be a significant step towards energy efficiency and sustainable development of the state.
The implementation of individual thermal points in Ukraine is an important step towards reducing energy costs and increasing comfort in citizens' lives. With new projects and legislative initiatives, the government hopes to provide a more stable energy situation that will positively impact the economy of the country and the lives of people. The next three years will be crucial for the realization of these changes.Read also
