"ePermit" is being launched in Ukraine: what services are available to entrepreneurs.
Ukraine is launching the Unified State Electronic Permit Document System (ePermit). The first electronic service will be available to entrepreneurs on September 18. The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by FIIAPP. This was announced by Yuliia Svyrydenko, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy.
According to her, the ePermit system will allow entrepreneurs to register a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with labor protection legislation. Previously, this declaration was registered within five days at the territorial office of the State Labor Service. Now businesses can submit the declaration quickly and conveniently with one click.
This electronic service will be useful for enterprises that have heavy equipment. Last year, more than 13,000 entrepreneurs submitted such a document, and in January-July 2024 - almost 8,000. Previously, the document could be returned if it lacked information. Now the ePermit system will automatically verify and register the declaration without returning.
The government is also working on expanding the list of services available through ePermit. For example, entrepreneurs will be able to obtain conclusions on settlement deadlines for export-import operations. Such conclusions were previously issued on paper, but now the process will become much faster and more convenient.
This new service will be available in October through the Diia portal.
