100 thousand doses of flu vaccine are arriving in Ukraine: when to get vaccinated.
According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has reported that a new batch of flu vaccine, containing 100 thousand doses, will arrive in the country. These doses will complement the vaccine already delivered from a Korean manufacturer. All vaccines have passed quality control and will soon be available in medical institutions and pharmacies.
The importance of vaccination
The Ministry emphasizes that annual vaccination against flu is extremely important to prevent complications, especially in the fall when there is a peak incidence. The vaccine can be received simultaneously with the COVID-19 vaccination or with a small interval.
'The peak incidence of flu and ARVI usually occurs in November-December. The only reliable protection against severe complications is annual vaccination,' the Ministry emphasized.
According to the Ministry's data, this new batch of vaccines is an important step in the fight against flu. Regular vaccinations significantly improve protection against complications, especially in the autumn period. It is worth noting that flu vaccination can be carried out simultaneously with the COVID-19 vaccination.
Every year, flu vaccination becomes increasingly relevant, as it serves as a conditional 'line of defense' against complications. The Ministry calls on Ukrainians not to delay vaccinations, as prevention is always better than treatment. The situation with flu has previously confirmed the importance of timely response to this disease, so it is better to take care of your health in advance.
