The Verkhovna Rada approved a law on the reservation of employees: who will gain the right.
The Verkhovna Rada adopted a new draft law
According to inkorr.com: The Verkhovna Rada approved in the first reading a draft law that allows for the reservation of employees in critical enterprises. This right will be granted only to organizations in the defense sector that are part of the defense-industrial complex.
'This law concerns enterprises recognized as critical in the defense sector. That is, it is not for all critical enterprises. It refers to the defense-industrial complex,' explained MP Fedir Venislavskyi.
Employees who are wanted by territorial recruitment centers may receive temporary reservation for 45 days to resolve their issues. The main goal of this draft law is to preserve valuable specialists and ensure the uninterrupted operation of enterprises producing defense-related products.
'The next day he was sent to the training ground, from which it was impossible to return the person. As a result, the enterprise was forced to stop or delay the production of its products,' Venislavskyi said about the situations that led to the adoption of this law.
This draft law aims to address existing problems and ensure stable operations of defense enterprises, where the presence of qualified personnel is critically important. For it to come into force, the document must be approved in the second reading. The law is designed to prevent disproportions and retain specialists in their workplaces.
The adoption of this draft law has become an important step for the defense sector, as the presence of qualified specialists in wartime is extremely necessary. However, for the law to work in practice, it will be necessary to further discuss and refine its provisions in parliament.
