From 57 to 69 hryvnias: how oil prices changed over the month.
Prices for sunflower oil in Ukraine continue to rise.
This is evidenced by the data from the Ministry of Finance.
As of October 21, 2024, the average cost of Oleina refined oil in an 850 ml package in the largest retail chains in the country is 65.95 UAH. The cheapest oil can be purchased at Auchan - for 59.80 UAH, the most expensive in Megamarket - 64.90 UAH.
As for the "Shedriy Dar" refined oil, its average price is 61.86 UAH per 850 ml. The lowest price is recorded in Auchan - 60.70 UAH, the highest in Metro - 61.90 UAH.
Compared to September 2024, oil prices have increased. At that time, the average cost of "Oleina" refined oil was 60.62 UAH, and "Shedriy Dar" - 60.36 UAH per 850 ml.
In terms of regions, according to the data of September 2024, the most expensive sunflower oil was in the Kyiv region - 68.84 UAH/l, and the cheapest in the Ternopil region - 57.00 UAH/l.
On the world market as of October 21, 2024, the price of sunflower oil is 1196.20 USD per ton, which is 1.13% lower than the previous indicator.
