A tour across the country will take place. Andriy Shevchenko brought the 'Ballon d'Or' to Ukraine.
The president of the Ukrainian Football Association and former Ukrainian footballer Andriy Shevchenko brought his main individual award - the 'Ballon d'Or' from 2004 - to Kyiv. This was reported by Tribuna.com.
The award is on display in Taras Shevchenko Park in the capital, where it will remain until December 15. Afterwards, it will embark on a tour across Ukraine, visiting Kramatorsk, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Zaporizhia, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, and Yahotyn.
In each city, the award will be showcased at the central railway station.
'It's very important to bring this 'Ballon d'Or' so that our children in Ukraine can see an incentive and a dream. I believe that a fourth 'Ballon d'Or' will appear in Ukraine. This will give young people hope and faith in the realization of their dreams,' said Shevchenko.

By the way, other Ukrainian holders of the 'Ballon d'Or' were Oleg Blokhin (1975) and Ihor Belanov (1986).
It is worth recalling that coach Andriy Shevchenko remembered how he scored a goal against the Russian team. He explained that the Ukrainian team was losing, but there were still 4 minutes left in the match.
The president of the Ukrainian Football Association, Andriy Shevchenko, will also become a member of the Italian Football Hall of Fame.
