Power Outage Schedules for December 1: Where and When There Will Be No Electricity Supply.

According to ТСН: According to information, starting from December 1, 2025, all regions of Ukraine will introduce electricity outage schedules caused by active rocket-drone attacks and their impact on the stability of the energy system.

Schedules for Kyiv Region and Kyiv

In the Kyiv region, power outages will occur in six shifts lasting from several hours at different times of the day.

In the capital on Monday, December 1, electricity outages will follow the schedules, with a maximum duration of one outage being four hours.

DTEK has published the following outage times:

• 1.1 shift — power will be off from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 19:00 to 23:00;

• 1.2 shift — power outages from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 19:00 to 21:00;

• 2.1 shift — without electricity from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 19:00 to 22:30;

• 2.2 shift — outages from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 19:00 to 22:30;

• 3.1 shift — power will be off from 12:00 to 16:00;

• 3.2 shift — without electricity from 12:00 to 16:00;

• 4.1 shift — power will be off from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 22:30 to 24:00;

• 4.2 shift — outages from 12:00 to 16:00;

• 5.1 shift — there will be no power from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30;

• 5.2 shift — outages from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30;

• 6.1 shift — power will be off from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30;

• 6.2 shift — no supply from 08:00 to 10:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30.

These schedules are introduced to optimize the load on the energy system and ensure the stability of the grid under difficult conditions.

Schedules for Odesa and the Region

In the Odesa region, the outage schedules are also conditionally divided into shifts, with outages at different times of the day.

• 1.1 shift: power will be off from 09:00 to 16:00 and from 19:30 to 22:00;

• 1.2 shift — power will be off from 09:00 to 16:00;

• 2.1 shift — power will be off from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 19:30 to 22:00;

• 2.2 shift — power will be off from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 19:30 to 23:00;

• 3.1 shift — power will be off from 12:30 to 16:30;

• 3.2 shift — power will be off from 12:30 to 16:30 and from 23:00 to 24:00;

• 4.1 shift — power will be off from 08:00 to 09:00 and from 12:30 to 17:00;

• 4.2 shift — power will be off from 12:30 to 19:30;

• 5.1 shift — power will be off from 06:00 to 09:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00;

• 5.2 shift — power will be off from 06:00 to 09:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00;

• 6.1 shift — power will be off from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00;

• 6.2 shift — power will be off from 06:00 to 09:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

Schedules for Dnipropetrovsk Region

The schedules for power outages in Chernivtsi and the region are as follows:

• Group 1: 00:00 — 06:00; 08:00 — 10:30; 13:00 — 15:30; from 18:00;

• Group 2: 00:00 — 06:00; 08:00 — 12:00; 14:30 — 18:00; from 20:00;

• Group 3: 00:00 — 08:00; 10:30 — 13:00; 15:30 — 18:00; from 20:00;

• Group 4: 00:00 — 10:30; 13:00 — 15:30; from 18:00;

• Group 5: 00:00 — 10:30; 13:00 — 15:30; 18:00 — 20:00; from 22:00;

• Group 6: 00:00 — 06:00; 08:00 — 13:00; 15:30 — 18:00; from 20:00;

In the Lviv region, from December 1, hour-by-hour outage schedules for electricity will be implemented.

Power outages may occur several times throughout the day, depending on the subscriber's address.

Schedule for Power Outages in Mykolaiv Region

In Mykolaiv, hour-by-hour outage schedules will be in effect due to rocket attacks on energy facilities.

Outages will last from 06:00 to 00:00.

Schedule for Power Outages in Zaporizhzhia Region

On December 1, in Zaporizhzhia region, electricity will be turned off from 13:00 to 22:00.

• Shift 2: 13:00 — 16:00;

• Shift 3: 16:00 — 19:00;

• Shift 6: 19:00 — 22:00.

Kharkiv Region

On December 1, in Kharkiv region, electricity will be turned off for residential and industrial consumers. Power may be turned off for 0.5 to three shifts throughout the day.

The schedule for residential consumers looks as follows:

• 1.1 — 01:00-04:30; 11:30-15:00; 22:00-24:00;

• 1.2 — 11:30-15:00; 22:00-24:00;

• 2.1 — 11:30-15:00; 18:30-20:00;

• 2.2 — 08:00-15:00;

• 3.1 — 04:30-08:00; 15:00-18:30;

• 3.2 — 06:00-08:00; 15:00-18:30;

• 4.1 — 06:00-08:00; 11:30-18:30;

• 4.2 — 11:30-18:30;

• 5.1 — 08:00-11:30; 18:30-22:00;

• 5.2 — 08:00-11:30; 20:00-22:00;

• 6.1 — 08:00-11:30; 15:00-20:00;

• 6.2 — 00:00-01:00; 08:00-11:30; 15:00-22:00.

Power Outage Schedules for Kherson Region

In Kherson region, as in other regions, restrictions on electricity consumption are being implemented.

For residential consumers, outages are possible in one shift from 13:00 to 22:00.

For enterprises and industrial consumers, load limitation schedules will be in effect from 08:00 to 13:00.

The time and duration of outages may change, so it is necessary to monitor the current information on the websites of local energy supply companies.
