Method #3: Chatbots in Telegram and Viber
Find your Obenergo chatbot in the messenger and subscribe by providing your address or account number.
Method #4: 'Emergency plan'
If online services are unavailable, pay attention to the hotlines of Obenergo or the government and follow updates from local authorities on Telegram.
