Power Outages: How the Schedules Will Operate on September 17.
The application of electricity restriction measures tomorrow, September 17, is not expected. This was reported by the press service of DTEK.
According to "Ukrenergo", tomorrow should pass without power outages, the statement said.
Recall that during the day of September 16, no power outages are planned. But the need for economical consumption remains from 16:00 to 22:00. Due to shelling and bad weather, 664 settlements in various regions are without power.
As it became known, due to the cancellation of hourly outage schedules since September 9, the level of electricity consumption in Ukraine is increasing.
By the way, the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development has begun the construction of the third level of passive protection at NEC "Ukrenergo" substations, but international partners do not see the feasibility of financing such an expensive project before testing this technology.
In addition, the European Commission is working on increasing the maximum volume of electricity supply to Ukraine.
As reported, former head of "Ukrenergo" Volodymyr Kudrytskyi said that Ukraine’s energy facilities will have three levels of protection in the form of engineering fortifications in case of Russian attacks.
