Power outage: Ukrainians face a tough week.
Power outage schedules will return in Ukraine for the entire next week
Head of "Ukrenergo" Volodymyr Kudrytskyi reported that power outage schedules will return for the entire next week. He noted this in his video address.
Starting from Monday, August 19th, power outage schedules will be in effect in Ukraine due to a deficit in the energy system. This is related to the increased consumption of electricity due to the return of the heat. Tomorrow from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the power will be turned off.
Kudrytskyi also noted that the next week will be difficult for the Ukrainian energy system and a new challenge with the heat awaits us.
"The deficit may return and therefore - economical consumption will be extremely important to pass this period with as little discomfort as possible for all of us, for all consumers," said Kudrytskyi.
The head of Ukrenergo also emphasized that the load on the energy system will be the highest from Monday to Friday.
"Unlike this week, when Ukrenergo recorded a deficit only in the evening, next week the energy shortage will be felt throughout the entire day," explained Kudrytskyi.
Let us remind you, the Ministry of Energy told how many generations will be restored by the heating season.
