A critical issue has emerged where customers' accounts are debited for withdrawals, yet the ATMs fail to dispense the cash, leading to immediate financial strain for those affected. According to the bank's policy, funds from such failed transactions should be automatically refunded within 30 minutes. However, numerous customers report that their money has not been returned.
"The money was supposed to be automatically refunded after 30 minutes, but it hasn't come back," stated one social media user.The problem is compounded by the fact that the results of a cash collection audit for the specific ATM will only be known in 1 to 7 days, leaving customers in a state of prolonged uncertainty about their finances.
Withdrawal Limits and Official Guidance
The maximum single withdrawal amount is set at 20,000 Ukrainian hryvnias. If a refund for a failed transaction is required, the resolution process can take up to two weeks to complete.
"For some reason, this process can't be sped up, even though the amount debited was the maximum allowed for a single withdrawal," added another frustrated customer.

The money is credited back to the client's card only after the problematic ATM is serviced and an official report confirms the presence of the undispensed bills in its reject cassette.
