A resident of Odesa Region refused to undergo a medical commission at the direction of the TCC. A case was opened against him for evading military registration, which was considered in the Balytsky District Court.

Details of the case
A native of the village of Pishchana in the Balytsky district was sent to the TCC department, from where he was referred to undergo a military-medical commission. However, the man refused to undergo the medical examination without providing any valid reasons. As a result, a criminal proceeding was initiated.
What the court decided
The man was found guilty under part 1 of article 337 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (evasion of military registration). He has to pay a fine of 5100 hryvnias (300 non-taxable minimums).
