According to inkorr.com: From September 1, communities will have the opportunity to finance the restoration of their territories thanks to the activation of the State Fund for Regional Development (DFRR). This year, 1 billion hryvnias have been allocated for these purposes from the state budget.

'We are very pleased that DFRR is working again. Currently, our main focus is on frontline communities, but other regions will also receive assistance. We strive to make the project selection process as transparent and efficient as possible so that every penny is spent for the benefit of our communities,' emphasized Oleksiy Ryabikin.

DFRR is a special fund that provides funds for regional development, including for the reconstruction of infrastructure and improving the living conditions of local residents.

Conditions for obtaining funding

Communities should consider four main conditions for obtaining financing from DFRR: the project must align with the overall regional development strategy, the object must belong to the state or community, the project documentation must meet the requirements, and the communities must contribute at least 10% of the total amount of funds from the local budget.

The State Fund for Regional Development is again ready to provide financial support to communities in implementing their projects and improving the overall quality of life at the regional level.

These changes open up new opportunities for regions, especially those affected by military actions. DFRR's support will not only help restore infrastructure but will also strengthen the economic foundation of communities. The real goal is to make the life of residents truly comfortable and safe.
