Deferrals, Booking and Summons: Ministry of Defense Announced Changes in the Operation of "Reserve+".

Unlike TCC, Ministry of Defense Launches Online Deferral Registration for Mobilization
In November, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to launch online deferral registration for mobilization through the application "Reserve+". This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernogorenko, in response to questions from social media users.
According to her, three categories of citizens will be the first to have the opportunity to receive a deferral in electronic format: people with disabilities, students and postgraduate students of full-Time or dual education, and parents of large families.
"We aim to gradually move absolutely all deferrals online. In general, we want "Reserve+" to become a full-fledged alternative to TCC," emphasized Chernogorenko.
Regarding the employee booking system, the Ministry of Defense is working on fully automating the process. Currently, unbooking is carried out automatically only for those who have undergone the procedure in electronic format through interaction with the Pension Fund register.
The deputy minister also commented on the situation with summons sent by mail. According to her, notifications are currently formed with the electronic signature of the TCC operator, without physical stamps, and their validity can be verified via a QR code.
