In Odesa, the authorities decided to assist Chernobyl victims who receive a pension of less than 9000 hryvnias. They will receive financial support in the form of money. This assistance will be distributed among the liquidators of the Chernobyl disaster and the widows of such liquidators. Each will receive a certain amount that will help alleviate their financial situation. A total of 48,500 hryvnias has been allocated in the city budget for this purpose.
This initiative is aimed at providing assistance to people affected by the Chernobyl disaster and will help improve their financial situation.
The Odesa authorities supported Chernobyl victims who suffered from the consequences of the tragedy at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Financial assistance will help them ensure a more dignified and comfortable existence, as well as support them in difficult times.
