The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russian leader Volodymyr Putin openly expressed his intentions regarding Ukraine and other countries. It was noted that Putin has ambitions to capture not only Ukraine but also other territories, including Belarus, the Baltic countries, Moldova, the Caucasus, and Kazakhstan.
''He wants all of Ukraine, and he wants it not for four years, not since 2014, but for a long time – he has been shaped by Russian imperialism,' Zelensky emphasized.
In response, Ukraine plans to take a number of measures to strengthen resistance. Among them are international sanctions against Russia, increasing resources for Ukrainian drones, and personnel changes in the diplomatic corps to strengthen national security. These steps are aimed at complicating the situation for the occupier and supporting peace in Donbas.
