Mobilization Deferral from November 1: What Has Changed for Ukrainians.
Changes in the Application System for Mobilization Deferrals
According to inkorr.com: Starting from November, Ukrainians will notice changes in the procedure for submitting applications for mobilization deferrals. Now, those liable for military service will not be able to submit documents in person at territorial recruitment centers.
The new system allows applications to be submitted through the 'Reserve+' app or at Administrative Service Centers. The Ministry of Defense has urged citizens to use digital services for this purpose.
By the end of October, the transitional period will end, during which documents will be accepted under the old rules, - explained the Ministry of Defense.
These changes are related to the digital transformation of the defense system, aiming to simplify and accelerate the document submission process. The new order will also reduce the workload on territorial recruitment center employees and help avoid queues and abuses.
Starting from November 1, new rules for automatic extension of deferrals will be introduced for those liable for military service, whose data can be verified through state registers. This will simplify the process for those entitled to a deferral and who do not require additional checks or visits to territorial recruitment centers.
Due to the changes, Ukrainian conscripts will be able to submit applications for mobilization deferrals through the app or Administrative Service Centers, significantly easing this procedure.
The introduction of the new system simplifies access to services related to mobilization and contributes to a more efficient organization of the work of territorial centers. This is an important step towards modernizing the process, ensuring promptness and convenience for citizens.
