Mobilization deferment now only through the CNAP: what to do to avoid forced conscription.
Changes in the procedure for obtaining a deferment from mobilization
According to inkorr.com: As of November 1, new rules for obtaining a deferment from mobilization have been introduced in Ukraine. Now, all applications must be submitted exclusively through Centers for Administrative Services (CNAP). This was reported by lawyer Roman Simutin, who warned that failure to comply with the new requirements may result in the forced mobilization of individuals who have valid grounds for deferment.
'If you do not obtain a deferment, you will be taken to the TCK, and even if you have all the documents, you will not be granted a deferment; you will simply be mobilized, and proving the illegality of TCK's actions will be impossible,' emphasized the lawyer.
Simutin noted that until November 1, Ukrainians could submit applications for deferment directly at territorial recruitment centers. In case of refusal to grant a deferment, the TCK's decision could be appealed in court.
Process of obtaining a deferment and lawyer's advice
With the new rules, all document submissions for deferment must now be done in person through the Centers for Administrative Services. In case of a sudden call, the lawyer recommends urgently sending an application by mail to the CNAP with all necessary documents.
It is also important to submit the deferment application in advance and keep the document issued by the CNAP after submission. This can serve as significant evidence in case of any conflict situations, explained the lawyer.
Therefore, starting from November 1, new rules for obtaining a deferment from mobilization have been implemented in Ukraine. It is important to submit applications timely and correctly to avoid forced mobilization.
Changes in the procedure for obtaining a deferment from mobilization in Ukraine set new requirements for citizens. From now on, by complying with the new procedures, one can avoid negative consequences. This emphasizes the need to be attentive and react promptly to changes in legislation to ensure one's rights and freedoms.
