Military doctors received new rules: what has changed for those mobilized.
According to inkorr.com: Important changes have taken place in Ukraine regarding the military medical commission (MMC) process, and information about the abolition of military tickets has been clarified. The new rules aim to protect the rights of mobilized individuals. One of the main innovations is the possibility of a repeated medical examination for those who refused military service for medical reasons after being directed by the TCC. This allows for a more accurate assessment of a person's health status.
'These are positive changes, surprisingly,' emphasized the speaker.
According to the update of Order No. 402, if a person is not assigned to service due to medical reasons, a special 'refusal act' is created, and they are directed for a repeated medical examination. This new procedure prevents illegal mobilization and makes the entire process more transparent.
Main aspects of the innovations:
- Preparation of the act: The head of the medical service of the military unit prepares the 'Refusal Act for accepting a person for medical reasons.'
- Repeated examination: A person is sent for a repeated medical examination to a higher-level MMC within 3 days.
- Purpose of changes: Ensuring objectivity and avoiding unnecessary mobilization of individuals with health problems.
This initiative provides mobilized individuals with the opportunity to undergo a repeated examination, ensuring a more objective assessment of their health status. This approach makes the MMC process more transparent and fair.
Are military tickets canceled?
It is equally important to note that the military ticket is not canceled but rather the order approving its previous form becomes invalid. Old military tickets remain valid until new documents are issued, if necessary, in accordance with the legislation.
These changes are an important step in ensuring the rights of mobilized individuals. They not only allow people to defend their interests in cases where health does not permit service but also create a more transparent system that excludes the possibility of illegal mobilization. Transparent procedures will help reduce tension in society and increase trust in military structures.
