Military equipment is an important element of support during assaults. The Russian military-industrial complex has the ability to produce and restore such equipment. Russians accumulate it without using it on the battlefield but use it in case of urgent necessity.
Alexander Kovalenko, a military analyst, said that many pieces of equipment are sent to the front by the Russians after restoration, but there are also new machines.
"If the Russians manage to reduce the number of losses without using the equipment, they accumulate it. Then, when it is necessary to complete difficult tasks, they use mechanized equipment," Kovalenko explained.
Kovalenko noted that the Russian command does not always consider weather conditions.
"The weather does not prevent the use of equipment. For example, assaults on Avdiivka and Bakhmut continued during the autumn-winter period, but this did not affect the use of equipment. Everything depends on the execution of combat tasks," he added.
