In Lviv on Saturday, July 12, residents and guests decided to join a rally in support of prisoners of war after the city was shelled overnight. They took to the streets to express their support for those currently in enemy captivity.
According to reporter Marta Baidak, there was a shelling at night, but people did not break down and already took to the rally 'Do not be silent - captivity kills' to show their support for Ukrainian defenders who found themselves in captivity.

Residents and guests of the city gathered to remember those Ukrainian heroes who currently need our support.
As a result of the attack, buildings of Lviv Polytechnic and cars near houses in the city were damaged.
Support for prisoners of war is of great importance for Ukrainian society. People express their solidarity and support for the military who are fighting for the future of our state.
