Military personnel will receive orders of transfer numbers in 'Army+'.
The Ministry of Defense reports that military personnel using the 'Army+' application to submit transfer requests will be provided with an order number. To take advantage of the new feature, it is necessary to update the application to the latest version.
Those submitting reports will receive a notification with the order number along with confirmation of the transfer. However, those who already have approval for the transfer but do not have information about the formation of the order need to contact support in the 'Menu' section.
"In 10 days of the service's operation, 4.5 thousand reports for a change of duty station were submitted by military personnel in 'Army+'. Of these, 4,200 have already been processed by the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including 900 that received approval. Thanks to the update, our defenders will now be able to see the details of the order immediately. It may seem like a minor change, but the availability of the order number speeds up the entire transfer process without the need to regularly clarify information in the military office. And so we are taking another step towards a more human-centered and efficient Ukrainian army," said Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Yevhenia Chernogorenko.
In three months, 415 thousand military personnel have authorized in the 'Army+' application, submitting 26 thousand reports. There are 17 types of reports, such as leave, material assistance, and obtaining a certificate of service.
The 'Army+' application has introduced the function of submitting a report for a change of duty station. Armed Forces personnel can quickly and without bureaucracy submit a transfer request to another unit. During the specified Time, over 1.5 thousand reports have been processed, of which over 500 received full approval.
Earlier, the government introduced a transfer mechanism for soldiers between military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, especially if it is the initiative of the soldier themselves.
