According to TSN.ua: According to military and civic figure Viktor Yahun, the terrorist attacks in Lviv, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv were orchestrated by Russian intelligence services. Yahun, a retired SBU Major General who served as Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine from 2014 to 2015, stated that these events reveal Russia's weakness and its failure to achieve success in its terrorist operations. He emphasized that the special services are directly behind these acts.

The first explosion in Lviv coincided with a period of intensified shelling in Ukraine's western regions. This synchronization of actions points to a deliberate strategy by Russian intelligence to destabilize the situation within Ukraine. Yahun stressed that

"the enemy's understandable aim is to destabilize the situation somewhere far from the front lines by any means possible."

"nothing is working out for the Russians. Their energy terror has failed."
