Gyakores on Rumors of Breakup with Girlfriend Due to Move to Arsenal: What the Forward Said.
Scandal with Viktor Gyakores
According to The Sun: Swedish forward Viktor Gyakores unexpectedly reacted to fans singing about 'breaking up with a girlfriend', which they believe was the reason for his move to 'Arsenal'.
Gyakores made his long-awaited move to North London this summer, signing a contract worth £63.5 million with Sporting.
XHowever, as Portuguese media report, Gyakores ended his relationship with actress and model Ines Aguiaar, wishing to avoid attachments in Lisbon.
The striker chose the iconic number 14 at 'Arsenal' and has already scored two goals in three matches.
Arsenal fans quickly embraced the new star of the team, and Gyakores noted:
“They were just incredible. I am extremely grateful for this.”
Subsequently, fans created a song about Gyakores, mentioning his possible breakup.
Singing to the melody of 'Push It' by Salt-N-Pepa, the lyrics include the line: “He left his girl to play in red and white.”
When asked about this song during the international break, Gyakores awkwardly replied:
“I have no comments about this song.”
The Portuguese newspaper TV Guia reported in June that Gyakores ended his relationship with Aguiaar to focus on his career in London.
Neither of them commented on the breakup, however, they behave like ordinary followers of each other on social media.
On the field, Gyakores already opened his scoring account at 'Arsenal', scoring two goals in a match against 'Leeds' with a score of 5-0 in August.

Aguiaar, meanwhile, is an actress from Lisbon with over 200,000 followers on Instagram and often appears in various series.
She supported Gyakores during his performances for 'Sporting', and reportedly their relationship began in early 2024.
However, given that Aguiaar stayed in Portugal, while Gyakores is now in London, their relationship may cool down.
This situation regarding Gyakores' personal life not only attracts the attention of fans but also adds context to his performances on the pitch. The player, focusing on his career, has every chance to showcase real skill at 'Arsenal' while new songs boost his popularity among fans.
