Vinted blocks payments to sellers on the fourth day: when will the money be unblocked.
Payment issues on Vinted continue
According to The Sun: Hundreds of Vinted users still cannot receive the money earned from sales, as chaos with payments has persisted for four days. Sellers began reporting difficulties on the online marketplace to Downdetector on Wednesday. They note that they are unable to transfer the money received from sales to their accounts.
“We can't withdraw our money, and it really takes a toll,” sellers say.
Store owners express concern as this is already negatively impacting their business, complicating financial planning and settlements with buyers.
Users demand clarifications
Many users are reaching out to customer support, hoping for a quick resolution to the issue. Currently, the platform's administration is trying to identify the reasons for the system failure, but official statements have not yet clarified the situation.
“This is completely unacceptable. I just want to get my money.”
Users hope for a swift return to normal platform operation, as for many, sales on Vinted are an important source of additional income. Sellers are urging the administration to take measures to avoid similar situations in the future.
This failure in the payment system disrupts not only the usual business process but also causes great anxiety among users. It is important for the platform's administration to resolve this situation quickly and transparently, as its reputation directly depends on consumer trust. The resolution of this issue will affect the continued use of Vinted by many sellers.
