The bill provides for the transfer of the examination to cluster and supercluster hospitals, which will improve the commission composition and make the examination more accessible to citizens. Additionally, the reform includes digitalizing the MSEC process, making it more transparent and based on existing medical data.
On October 11, a major road accident occurred in the Lviv region. As a result of a collision involving a Renault truck, a Mercedes Sprinter minibus, a Skoda car, and a Plaxton Elite passenger bus, 3 people died, and 34 others were injured.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Germany, where he met with Chancellor Olaf Scholz and President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. NATO countries are preparing to provide Ukraine with a significant military aid package worth 1.4 billion euros.

The organization Nihon Hidankyo became the laureate of the 2024 Nobel Peace Prize for its fight for nuclear disarmament and efforts aimed at creating a world free of nuclear weapons. This year, 286 candidates were nominated for the prize, including 197 individuals and 89 organizations.
