IDPs lost financial assistance: who is deprived of payments and why.
According to inkorr.com: The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine reported that a part of internally displaced persons (IDPs) has lost their monthly financial assistance. Adults no longer receive 2000 hryvnias, while children and persons with disabilities receive 3000 hryvnias. This concerns those displaced persons who were unable to pass identification by November 1 according to new requirements.
Who had payments suspended
Payments were suspended for children in care, low-income families, orphans, persons with disabilities, as well as for those who are not entitled to a pension or receive temporary assistance after reaching retirement age.
Reasons for suspension of assistance
Assistance may be canceled if the family's income per person exceeds the limit, if real estate or a vehicle has been purchased, or if a person has been abroad for more than 30 days without valid reasons. Significant bank deposits and lack of employment may also serve as grounds for denial of payments.

The loss of monthly financial support has resulted from non-compliance with new rules related to income, property acquisition, travel abroad, and other circumstances. This situation seriously complicates life for vulnerable categories of the population, so coordinating assistance and government actions will be critically important for addressing this issue.
