The Armed Forces of Ukraine report that Russian occupiers have suffered significant losses as of February 21, 2025. According to the General Staff of Ukraine, the total number of losses is as follows:

- Tanks - 10146 (+12) units;
- Armored combat vehicles - 21130 (+18) units;
- Artillery systems - 23462 (+52) units;
- Long-range rocket artillery systems (MLRS) - 1295 (+4) units;
- Air defense systems (ADS) - 1080 (+2) units;
- Aircraft - 370 (+0) units;
- Helicopters - 331 (+0) units;
- Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of operational-tactical level - 26156 (+135) units;
- Cruise missiles - 3064 (+0) units;
- Ships / boats - 28 (+0) units;
- Submarines - 1 (+0) unit;
- Automotive and fuel tankers - 38104 (+143) units;
- Special machinery - 3753 (+1) unit.
Activity of the occupiers' fleet as of February 21
- No enemy ships are present in the Black Sea;
- No enemy ships are present in the Sea of Azov;
- In the Mediterranean Sea, there are four enemy ships, three of which are carriers of Caliber cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.
Over the past day, no passage through the Kerch Strait was made in the interests of the Russian Federation.
