Hundreds of dangerous products continue to appear on major online platforms. A new study conducted by the organization Which? showed that many of these items had already been deemed unsafe by product safety regulators in the UK.The consumer group identified nearly 800 dangerous products on platforms such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, and Etsy.“This concerns a significant number of products that may pose risks to consumer safety,”- noted the researchers. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of urgent responses to consumer product safety issues in online sales. Given the rapid growth of e-commerce, consumers need to be particularly cautious when selecting products on such platforms to avoid risks to their health and safety.
